What Happens During a Session?

Sessions generally last an hour (50 minutes), additional
time with Andrea to consult on needed therapies or lifestyle
changes is also charged by the hour.
What Happens After a Session?
What happens after a session also depends on the nature
of the problem; in general, if you pay attention to the
“before” and “after,” something is different or better than
it was before. You may notice you are less hesitant or
fearful, that you have better boundaries, that you are less
irritable, that your “buttons” are less easily pushed, that
you regain your balance after a challenge faster, that there
is more “flow” in your life. If you can honestly say that
absolutely nothing has changed, then I owe you a refund!
What Is the Cost of a Session?
Sessions are priced at $120.00 per hour, if time goes over
or under, you will be charged according to the actual time
spent on your session. A $60.00 deposit is required for
distance clients. The remainder can be sent after the
session, to reflect the actual time spent with the client.
